Hi Everyone!
It's been quite a while since I've been on here so this may turn out to be a pretty lengthy post! I've been so busy with my packed schedule (school, swim team, piano, and much more) that although I've had time to craft, I just haven't been able to find the time to post, so tonight I'm making myself time. My siblings are all playing wii and so this is the perfect time to post! First of all, I hope everybody has had a Merry Christmas! I know I did! For Christmas I got a Cricut Create, (I decided to go with the smaller Cricut) and I'm having so much fun with it! During the time I've been M.I.A, my birthday has also passed :) and my parents got me a Cuttlebug! I am having so much fun creating all kinds of stuff with my awesome gifts! I'm really excited to show you this card I made with both my Cuttlebug, and Cricut! :)
My card is 5 1/2" by 4 1/4", and the green layer was embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder for Cuttlebug. The cute little cupcake, I cut out with the Cricut Home Decor cartridge. I won that AWESOME cartridge from Amy, over at her awesome blog, www.scrapping mommy.blogspot.com. I can't wait to start posting again, there's TONS more coming soon!
Thanks for reading!

Photo Synthesis Challenge 3!
Hello Everyone!
It's time for Photo Synthesis Challenge 3 today! I love the inspiration this week, hop on over to Photo Synthesis to see the rest of the Design Team's Cards and also the inspiration photos.
My card this week was easy, I just stamped the little viney leaves, dug up a sentiment... (that was the only green thing I could really find...) attatched it and put a brad at the top, and then tied on my ribbon. Then I added some stickles to some of the leaves.
Here is my card!
Hope you enjoy!

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday everyone!
It's time for another Photo Synthesis Challenge! Our sponsor this week is Tiffany Doodles, and I was so excited when I found out we got to use her beautiful images!! I picked the Zinnia bloom and blossom digi, and then just colored it up with my Copics... (yay! I love coloring with Copics!) and put it on the card.

Photo Synthesis DT Call
Hello Everone!
My bloggy friend Kathryn at the Kitchen Table Crafter is starting a challenge blog and having a DT call! I am entering and really hope I get in! :) Her new blog is called the Photo Synthesis Challenge!
I made 2 cards and an earring holder, because it's a project blog, not just a card/scrabook blog, which I think is awesome! Here is my first card
Lol it took forever to hand glue every single pearly bead!
My second card!
I really like this card. I am a musician so I think it may be the music paper, but I I really! like that bow and the flower too! :)
And last but not least my earring holder! BTW I also made the colorful beaded earrings on it too! There's not a good shot of them, though! :)
To reuse, I made this using old buttons and an embroidery hoop! :) that's another great thing about Photo Synthesis. Everything is Green and Clean! :)
I will make more cards and earrings, etc soon, but I have to go now! :)

A Big Ole Birthday Post! :)
Hello everyone!
Today is my mom's birthday. I made her a card, and a hanging frame. I combined a chipboard flower background frame, from American Girl, and an American Girl chipboard picture frame. I found some old ribbon and made a bow at the top so she can hang it up wherever she wants, to make the space bright and cheery. I decorated it with 3D cubes, and some rhinestones and old letters and butterfly/flower/heart accents that I got for Christmas. I stacked 2 different flowers on top of each other in the top left corner, to give it a cool look, and make the colors pop. I always make gifts and card homemade, when I have the chance to, because I believe that people treasure things more when they know someone has really put their effort in it for them, personally :) Also, sorry for the crooked photos. I am still trying to figure out how to work my mom's new camera! :)
Here is the frame:
For her card, I used some old cardstock I found in my stash, and made the card. Then I dug around and found the music paper I got from Hobby Lobby last month and never used :) This seemed like the perfect time to use it. I used 3d poster mounts to put the paper on the card, so it would pop out more. I got a new sentiment stamo set on Saturday, and I was dying to use it! I popped the stamp and border stamp onto my acrylic block, and used my back stampabilites ink. Then I just cut the stamp out, put a 3D mount on the back, dug around some more for some old black ribbon, adhered it, and popped my stamp cutout onto the ribbon, and voila! My card was finished in record time!
Here it is:
Hee hee, the card isn't crooked, the picture is! Sorry about that! If you have any feedback on how I can improve next time, I would LOVE for you to give me tips in your comments. Thanks!
Happy Birthday Mommy!

KUNA
Hello All!
This past weekend I went to Louisville, KY with my brother Evan and my best friend for a Middle school conference called KUNA. KUNA stands for Kentucky United Nations Assembly. At KUNA your school picks a country (we were Australia) and writes a proposal, which is like a bill, about issues going on in the world, and how they affect your country. Our proposal was about maritime piracy, and how it affects Australia. Your country writes a persuasive speech to try to persuade other countries to vote for your proposal. Our proposal wasn't in a regular summit, like European or Asian, but since our proposal had to do with world security, we were in the Security Council. Our proposal didn't get passed, but it was the highest ranked proposal in our summit.
Another thing we get to do in KUNA, is an International Stage. The International Stage is something your country does to represent their culture. Many people sing their national anthem, or do dance from their country. My country, Australia, sang a song that is very familiar to the Australians, Waltzing Matilda. It's a song about an Australian hobo, who wanders throughout the Australian outback. My brother told about the song and gave definitions to the unfamiliar terms in the song. Then my friend and I sang the song. We were the only performance to get a standing ovation!
On the last day of KUNA, we get awards. During the previous 2 days, other countries give their speeches and present their proposals, and we have pro/con debate. The other kids at KUNA are able to get up and speak about why they think that proposal is important, or not important. The advisors there at KUNA watch the kids there and pick the ones who are the best speakers, the ones who are the most confident, and give the most eloquent speeches. So on the lasat day, many of the KUNA kids get best speaker awards, however you can only have 1 per country My brother got a best speaker award! We are so happy because he is in the 8th grade, so this is his last Jr. KUNA.
All in all, I think this KUNA experience was great. We made lots of new friends, and we learned a LOT. I think that's what most important.

Hello everone!!
Today was my Dad's birthday! We surprised him by not mentioning anything about his birthday, but when he got home from work, we had his favorite foods and dessert made, and made him cards and posters! He LOVED it. We took photos and got a nice photo frame and put the pictures in it, and My 2 sisters and I sang a couple of songs. It was so much fun! I am glad that my dad had a great birthday.
